CCD Enterprise supplies Gel-Pak PF Film, part of the Polymer Film (PF) Series, designed to safely immobilize delicate components without adhesives or residue. Featuring a proprietary gel coating on a flexible polyester substrate, PF Film securely holds devices like bare dies, LEDs, and optical components during handling, inspection, or transport?protecting them from mechanical shock, vibration, and electrostatic discharge.

PF Film is ideal for custom tray inserts, die sorting, metrology, and shipping, and is compatible with both manual and automated handling systems.
